Can I set up more than one email address?
Absolutely. If you need more than one address for yourself we can set up multiple inboxes with or without forwarding. If you have employees that need a business email, we can set them up with one as well.
Do I need a Domain?
Yes. While Email Hosting is distinct from your domain, a domain name is required. A custom domain is like a street address that tells people where to find you, whereas Email Hosting is the cloud service that stores and secures your inbox. If you don't have a domain name, we can help you find one! Just mention that you'd like email hosting with a custom domain and we can set you up with both.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes! If you've already bought a name elsewhere, we can set up email hosting using your existing domain. If you'd like, we can also host your existing domain. Either way, if you already own a domain, please let us know!
Can I transfer my old email(s) to your Email Hosting service?
Usually, yes. Depending on your current email provider and the volume of emails to be transferred, we can transfer your folders, contacts, and messages over so you dont lose any of your important history. Let us know the details of your existing setup and we'll work to get you moved over.
How will I access my email?
We will set you up with a login that you can use either through a Webmail Portal or by using an Email Client. This means you log into your email from a web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge through a link that we set up and provide, or by using an email application like Microsoft Outlook on your desktop or phone.
Do I need a new Email Client?
You shouldn't! After getting you set up our service should work seamlessly with most email clients! Email clients are simply applications on your computer or phone that retrieve emails from the server and send and receive email messages on your behalf. We recommend Microsoft Outlook as part of our Microsoft Office pacakage, but most email clients should work perfectly. It mainly depends on what you're used to.
