Our process starts with a conversation. First, we’ll listen to the issue you’re having and give you our initial thoughts, potential solutions, and cost estimate. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll continue to:
- Diagnose – We’ll perform a full diagnostic to pinpoint the root of the problem, hardware or software.
- Repair – Once we have your approval, we’ll get to work on the computer repair and keep you updated on our progress. We work with computer part vendors to make sure any repair or replacement is an exact match.
- Return – We’ll notify you the moment your computer is ready. When you pick it up we’ll show you the repair and confirm everything is working just as it should be.
If you’re dealing with a tech emergency, our help desk is available weekdays from 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST. Please have your contact information (name, phone number, email, best way to reach you) and brief description of the issue you’re facing ready. How long does a typical computer repair take?

We'll be able to give you a more accurate estimate once we know more about the specific issue your device has. Either way, we like to keep our clients up to date throughout the process.
Can you fix a computer that won't turn on at all?
Absolutely! This is often related to a faulty power supply, dead battery, or motherboard issue. We test each component to find the point of failure and let you make the final decision. If you decide instead to upgrade to a new computer, we can perform a hardware upgrade and migrate your data from your old device to your new one instead.
Can you recover data from a dead computer?
In many cases, yes. Even if the computer doesn't turn on, your data is stored on the hard drive. As long as the drive itself isn't damaged or encrypted without a recovery key we can usually recover or migrate your data.
My laptop screen is cracked. Can it be replaced?
Yes, we can replace screen panels for most major brands. The cost may vary based on the resolution and whether the screen is a touchscreen. Likewise, some laptop screens are not designed to be replaced easily. We'll be able to help you more once we know the specific brand and model.
Should I provide my Windows password or pin?
To thoroughly test the repair and ensure everything is working correctly, we usually require a login password or pin. We take privacy seriously, and only access files necessary to perform the repair or migration.
